STANDARD INCLUSIONS

Please note only general inclusions are shown. A full set of specifications relevant to the design you have chosen will be supplied upon request. We reserves the right to exchange any product for one of similar quality.

 

PRELIMINARIES

• Fixed Price HIA contracts*
• Working drawings and specification for council submission(standard plans)
• Portable long service leave and workplace health and safety levies. BSA insurance
• Comprehensive works insurance during construction and transport

 

SITE WORKS

• Standard price includes 600mm above ground stumping height
• Extra height by negotiation
• Stairs and handrails included

 

SITE COSTS INCLUDED

• Up to 100km included in price only. Extra km’s charge at per km rate
• Dura–Gal columns to S or M sites
• Concrete pumps, tree removal, site clearing, piering and rock extraction at additional cost.
• Additional travel or islands by negotiation

• Frame construction to N3 / W41
• T2 treated pine framing material
• Engineer designed timber trusses
• Colourbond roof
• Colourbond gutters
• Powder coated aluminium windows and sliding door
• Quality paint used throughout (3 coat system)
• One smoke alarm (hardwired)
• One / Two TV co-axial points (depends on design)

• External site clean on completion of any builders rubbish

• Sisillation to external walls
• Vapacheck insulation to under roof sheeting
• Pleated batts to all exterior walls

• Fully laminated custom built Kitchen with post formed bench tops with melamine interior
• Cooking appliances – Blanco ceramic cook top (or equivalent) 3 year warranty
• Blanco multi-function wall oven (or equivalent)
• Stainless steel sink with chrome flick mixer tap
